Ingredients

Fruit

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Mangoes
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Frozen Acai Packet
  • 3 Medjool Dates (torn up by hand for easier blending)
  • 1 Banana

Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal A great source of omega-3 fatty acids that adds balance to the omega-6 fatty acids.
  • 2 Tbsp Hulled Hemp Seeds Rich in many micronutrients including vitamin B1, B6, phosphorus, zinc, iron, magnesium, and manganese.
  • 1/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds A great source of zinc, protein, healthy fats, and iron.

Instructions

  • Add all the fruit and pumpkin seeds into the blender and add enough water to fill the blender 1 inch above it's base.
  • Blend until everything is blended thoroughly. (Add more water to the mixture if needed; the consistency shouldn't be chunky and/or too watery).
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl then add and mix in the hemp seeds and flax seed meal into the bowl.
  • You can add additional toppings like fresh fruit, coconut shavings/flakes, cacao nibs, cinnamon, granola, etc. if you would like (you can get creative with it), but the fruitbowl is now ready to enjoy.
