4MediumJalapeno PeppersAdding some spice, roasted flavoring, and traces of micronutrients to the salsa.

1Tbsp Black Pepper
1TbspGarlic Powder/Flakes
1TbspOnion Powder/Flakes
1TbspOregano
2tspSea Salt
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees farenheit
Place all the tomatoes and peppers, with the stems and tops removed, onto a baking/cookie sheet and put then in the oven for ~30 minutes or until the tops of the tomatoes and peppers start to blacken.
Throw in the tomatoes and peppers into a blender, along with all the other ingredients, and blend until everything is broken down and incorporated evenly.
Serve up hot or cool down and store in the fridge for some added, fermentation flavor!
