- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 lb Raw Cashews Not only will these imitate the right texture when blended, but they also are a healthier source of fat compared to cheese with the addition of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals.

Seasonings
- 10 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast This will act as the main ingredient to replicate a "cheesy" flavor, and nutritional yeast also contains many micronutrients, mainly B vitamins, most importantly B12.
- 4 Tbsp Miso Paste A great source of probiotics and anti-cancerous properties while also adding a salty taste.
- 2 Tbsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- In a blender, add the cashews and plant milk, then blend thoroughly.
- Remove the blender's blade then add in all of the seasonings.
- Mix in all of the seasonings with a spoon, spatula, etc. until everything is evenly incorporated, and the plant-based cheese sauce is ready!!
