A great cheese replacement, in addition to being oh so delicious and nutrient-dense, that can be used in plant-based versions of mac and cheese, grilled cheeses, quesadillas, etc.
1lbRaw CashewsNot only will these imitate the right texture when blended, but they also are a healthier source of fat compared to cheese with the addition of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals.
4CupsPlant MilkThis will help blend together the ingredients while also thickening the mixture slightly. If fortified, then it can be a decent source of B vitamins, Vitamin D, and others!
