Instructions
First, add the frozen fruit, banana, and greens into the blender
Fill up the blender (with already added ingredients) 1/4 of the way with water
Blend all ingredients until everything is fully broken down and the mixture is smooth with minimal to no chunks of ingredients left. If you need to add more water in order to get a different desired texture (more liquidity/smooth), please do.
Add and mix in the flax seed meal and hemp seeds into the smoothie
