2TbspFlax Seed MealA great source of omega-3 fatty acids that adds balance to the omega-6 fatty acids.
2TbspHulled Hemp Seeds Rich in many micronutrients including vitamin B1, B6, phosphorus, zinc, iron, magnesium, and manganese.
1/4cup Raw Pumpkin SeedsA great source of zinc, protein, healthy fats, and iron.
Instructions
Add all the fruit and pumpkin seeds into the blender and add enough water to fill the blender 1 inch above it's base.
Blend until everything is blended thoroughly. (Add more water to the mixture if needed; the consistency shouldn't be chunky and/or too watery).
Pour the mixture into a bowl then add and mix in the hemp seeds and flax seed meal into the bowl.
You can add additional toppings like fresh fruit, coconut shavings/flakes, cacao nibs, cinnamon, granola, etc. if you would like (you can get creative with it), but the fruitbowl is now ready to enjoy.
