1.5tspCinnamonAn earthy addition with an arromatic boost to the mixture. Both ceylon or cassia cinnamon can be used.
Instructions
Tear up the dates into halves with your hands and add them into the blender or food processor along with the walnuts
Blend until the dates and walnuts are breaking into smaller pieces and clumping together thoroughly
Transfer the mixture in the blender into a bowl, add cinnamon, then mix up the mixture until the cinnamon is evenly incorporated
Take the mixture out of the bowl, onto a plate or container, and form into however many pieces you want and what ever shape you want. A sphere-like shape works best for a bite-sized snack.
